Bev Hobbs Shea is a seasoned real estate professional whose vast experience includes residential sales and leasing, subdivision development, condominium conversions, residential brokerage and management, light commercial and special projects. She currently offers traditional, non-traditional, and consultative services to both clients and the real estate industry. Her focus includes troubleshooting, conflict resolution, teaching/workshops/training, as well as facilitating discussions among real estate practitioners throughout the state. Additionally, Beverly considers herself both a resource and connector, as she is frequently tapped by investors and clients to put together and/or participate in custom projects.
As a second generation real estate professional, Bev has the foundation and years of experience to uniquely qualify her to perform in a variety of capacities and assignments. In addition to the above qualifications, her previous experience also includes project management, on-site sales, relocation, speaking engagements, and the conducting of mission/vision workshops. Her ability to assess a situation and guide it to completion, as well as her approachability, continually keeps her on the front lines of the business. To the real estate industry, Bev is passionate about "building a better Realtor" and to her clientele, she is passionate about achieving results.
2024 marks Bev's 49th year as a real estate professional. She has been an annual recipient of the industry's highest volume awards, lifetime achievement certifications, and has also earned several designations:
